Better; for Living uses FedEx for domestic and international delivery. Better; for Living offers free domestic shipping on all applicable exchanges. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature.
Orders placed between Sunday and midnight PST Thursday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt and, unless expressly stated otherwise, shipped before the weekend. All orders received after midnight PST on Thursday or later will be shipped the following Monday.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Better; for Living, FedEx Ground or in any case where an item is faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods--Better; for Living does not refund international duties and taxes. For information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau. Returns within two weeks are accepted with receipt for exchange or store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Returns for exchange must be received in the exact condition in which they were purchased in their original packaging materials.
All art, jewelry, object, and furniture sales are final.
